Zoumadi first-party software and content are commercially licensed by 3eAI Labs Ltd (the Licensor) under a separate written agreement. Access to a repository, or possession of a copy, is not by itself a usage licence. This site does not offer free production use, a trial entitlement, a price list, a service-level agreement, or automatic licence enforcement.

Third-party components keep their own licences and notices. This notice does not withdraw, terminate or restrict rights already granted under Apache License 2.0 or another valid licence for earlier revisions or material covered by those grants. No claim of exclusive rights over previously Apache-licensed material is made. Full third-party notices are on the legal notices page.

What a commercial conversation can cover

A written agreement can cover software use, integration, migration assessment and support. Evaluation scope, term, production environments and any redistribution or managed-service rights are set out in that agreement, not on this page.
